James Gilbert 
Mr. Gilbert is responsible for multiple transactions involving leasing, land sales, retail and office building sales, property management and developing large tracts of land across multiple states.  He is involved in the transactions from less than $100,000 to more than $5,000,000 and raised multi-millions in investor seed capital working with private families and Wall Street firms.  

Mr. Gilbert coordinated projects with 26 different consulting firms including Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Plumbing, Lighting, Fire Protection, and Architecture.  He supervised the controller of our organization on developing budgets for construction, and land development. He led the direction of our team in working with cities and consultants to take land and buildings through the entitlement process and building permit process.  Provided leadership for the team in necessary communications with cities in creating Development Agreements to reimburse partnerships for infrastructure costs.

Through partnership with SCC Development, Mr. Gilbert developed projects as large as 500,000 sq. ft.  He worked directly with Scott Deskins, CEO of SCC Development, in selection of site location and negotiation of deals in over 15 states in the U.S.  He is active nationwide representing buyers and sellers on investment properties including all phases of commercial and residential product types. Main focus was towards regional developers and private family trusts. Created marketing partnerships between Fortune 500 companies and clients like American River College.  These partnerships granted corporations access to the student body through advertising, job training, etc., for donations to the institutions. 
Charles Noh
Michael "Scott" Sankey
Mr. Sankey negotiated and prepared contracts for a large publicly traded Oil and Gas Company. Performed Oil and Gas valuation and area market analysis for multiple large banks around the U.S. Prepared financial statements for large commercial real estate projects. Bought, sold and traded Oil and Gas interests in Texas, New Mexico, Oklahoma and North Dakota. Brokered large Oil and Gas projects for individuals and organizations in Texas and New Mexico. 

William W. Powell, Sr. 
Mr. Powell has over thirty years of experience in all phases of commercial development with a primary focus on asset preservation, repositioning and operations. He has established and implemented operational policies and procedures for small to very large commercial developments throughout the western United States. Mr. Powell's current and past projects include retail developments, industrial office parks, and class A office buildings. Such projects include the Kahala Mall, a 350,000 square feet mini regional mall; the King Street office, which is a 75,000 square feet, multi-story office building; the Piilani Business Park, a 1,300,000 square feet commercial and industrial project; the Airport Industrial Park, a 500,000 square feet industrial development; the Rocklin Square Shopping Center, a 250,000 square feet community shopping center; and the Waikiki Town Center, a 65,000 square feet resort-retail shopping center. 

Wayne D. Green
​Mr. Green has over thirty years of experience developing and managing large and small hospital projects. Mr. Green's knowledge of financial management and strategic planning is supported by an MBA. His keen eye for trends in technology as they apply to healthcare helped him develop his vision for the emerging "Small Hospital" model that uses the latest in telemedicine to improve outcomes and lowering costs. He calls it the "connected community" because it connects people in a defined community with the care they need regardless of where that might be in the world. Mr. Green is passionate about improving health care quality while lowering costs. 

Mr. Green proudly served in the United States Marine Corp as a Fighter Pilot and Test Pilot. He has spent his career developing and implementing long-range strategic plans taking companies in new directions and markets. He worked for Exxon in Saudi Arabia and gained valuable experience in his time there managing large scale projects in oil and gas, corporate aviation, and high-technology projects.
A Certified Hotel Administrator since 1989, Mr. Noh is a turn-around and positioning specialist of hotels and resorts, with experience in both domestic and international markets. He enjoys pre-launching, opening, and refurbishing  hospitality assets of large, medium, and boutique sizes. 

In 2009, Mr. Noh led his operations and management team at Hilton Los Angeles/San Gabriel  to acheive Hilton's Quality Assurance Rank of Number One for the Americas, along with the higest profit levels. He believes in the active stragegic alignment of hotels with media, entertainment, finance and technology industries.

Mr. Noh received the Asia Pacific American Heritage Award for Outstanding Business Leadership in 2010. He executive produced the American International Film Festival at the Hilton San Gabriel, accomplished a sell-out Gala, with successful presentation of more than 35 films from 9 countries. He is also serving as a Governor of the Space Tourism Society. He attended Ajou University (L'Institut Superieur de Tecnologie Franco-Coreen Ajou) for Mechanical Engineering. Received full scholarship from the Italian Government for Hotel Management at Scuola Internazionale di Scienze Turistiche/Roma and graduated Con Lode, among international hoteliers from 45 countries. 

Milestone projects include: Hilton International  Seoul and Convention Center, Desert Princess Resort and Country Club Palm Springs, Outrigger Hotels Hawaii. Presently serving as chief hotels advisor for two international investor groups.
Raymond W. Garcia, Jr.
​Mr. Garcia has over twenty-five years of development and construction experience. He has been recognixed as an INC. 500 Honoree for one of the fastest-growing, privately-held companies in 2007, 2008 and 2009. His supervisory, management and ownership experience includes development services, contract negotiations, subcontractor coordination, operations, field supervision, estimating, and quality control. Mr. Garcia has managed projects ranging in size from $50,000 to $60,000,000.
